Job description
Now Hiring: Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to serve our facilities on the east side of Cleveland.
Are you passionate about helping people breathe easier and live better? We’re looking for a skilled and caring Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide respiratory care to residents in our skilled nursing facilities, following clinical guidelines and working closely with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality treatment.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans
Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems
Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises
Collaborate on discharge planning with physicians, nurses, and social workers
What You Bring
Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification
At least 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an NBRC-accredited program and hold a valid Ohio license as a CRT or RRT. At least one year of experience in long-term care or ventilator management is preferred.
