Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will develop and implement treatment plans while administering inhalants and managing ventilators for residents. They will also monitor patient responses and collaborate with the care team to facilitate effective discharge planning.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an NBRC-accredited program and hold a valid Ohio license as a CRT or RRT. At least one year of experience in long-term care and ventilator management is preferred.
