Nurse Practitioner - Spanish Speaking

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner independently provides care for older adult patients with acute and chronic illnesses, taking full accountability for patient outcomes and engaging with hospitalists when patients are hospitalized. They lead their care team, manage patient needs whether in-office or remote (hospital, SNF, homebound), and actively participate in center management and provider recruiting efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must possess current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice and Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification, with Board certification by AANP or ANCC being preferred. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, though strong new graduates may be considered, and fluency in English is required, with Spanish fluency being a specific requirement for this role.
