Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will administer various physical therapy treatments and educate patients and caregivers on daily routines. They are also responsible for building strong relationships with patients and team members to help patients achieve their functional goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program and hold a valid state license. Additionally, a Basic Life Support certification via the American Heart Association is required.
