Mosaic Life Care, located in St. Joseph, Missouri, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our growing Women's Health team. Candidates can expect a busy practice within a physician-led organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience.
Join an established team of nine OB/GYN physicians, one dedicated inpatient call physician, and three Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative, energetic, and patient-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Compensation Details
- $350k starting base salary, 2-year guarantee
- $50k starting bonus
- Up to $200k student loan repayment assistance
Practice Details
- Cooperative, energetic, flexible, focused, friendly, and organized practice environment
- Beautiful clinic located at Mosaic Life Care Plaza 2
- Schedule includes 3½ clinic days and ½ day of surgery per week
- Typically 3 to 4 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month with 3 to 5 backup call days per month
- Maternal Fetal Medicine onsite for high-risk pregnancies
- Collaboration with Children's Mercy specialists
- Comprehensive women's health services including infertility treatment, hormone replacement therapy, and urodynamic testing
- Robotic surgery opportunities available
- Diverse procedural practice including hysterectomy, hysteroscopy, cystocele and rectocele repair, D&C, cesarean sections, and vaginal deliveries
- Balanced practice with approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient

Requirements
Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. The role requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and the ability to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment.
