This position offers day shifts only. Work with Sanford Health in Bismarck, North Dakota.
The coder is responsible for assigning accurate diagnostic and procedure codes while supporting providers with documentation and denial management. They also monitor charge capture and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding standards.
Candidates must hold an associate degree in Health Information Technology or a relevant coding certification such as RHIA, RHIT, or CPC. Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems is required, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
