Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will manage pre- and post-operative patients within a surgical team in both inpatient and outpatient settings. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program and hold current licensure in New Mexico. Experience in medical weight management is strongly preferred, and the ability to obtain DEA registration and prescriptive authority is required.
