Physical Therapist (PT) - Rehab Unit - St. Francis Downtown

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing and implementing skilled therapeutic interventions with specific goals based on the patient's plan of care. This role includes providing direct therapy daily, instructing patients and families, maintaining accurate documentation, and supervising physical therapist assistants when applicable.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice or meet qualifications for traineeship/temporary license, and preferably have 2 years of experience in an equivalent setting. Essential abilities include demonstrating age-specific standards application, general computer proficiency, analytical skills to evaluate patient progress, and strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
