Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for completing patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also maintain accurate documentation and follow all established facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid professional OT license in the state of practice and be a graduate of an ACOTE accredited school. Additionally, they must be eligible to take or have already passed the NBCOT certification exams.
