Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Day shift only - no nights.

This position offers day shifts only. Work with OhioHealth in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

The provider will primarily triage patient referrals from primary care, assessing symptoms, diagnosing needs, and linking patients to appropriate internal and external resources. Additional duties include contacting patients, administering assessments for depression and anxiety, and providing coverage for direct patient care needs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling (or a related field) and hold an LSW or LPC license in the State of Ohio. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an LSW or LPC is required, preferably in a patient-centric setting, along with knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills.
