Join Chiro First Alliance as a Pinnacle Provider-LPC or LCSW in Central Point, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services.

• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation.

• Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, stress management, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with our integrative medical team to coordinate patient care.

Requirements

• Active Oregon LCSW or LPC license required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
