Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will plan and administer personalized rehabilitation programs for patients within their homes to improve strength and mobility. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and coordinating care with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license. Additionally, a valid driver's license, personal vehicle liability insurance, and current CPR certification are required.
