Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will plan and administer personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain strength and independence in their homes. They are also responsible for supervising therapy assistants and home health aides while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and possess a current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required for home visits.
