Key Responsibilities
Conduct telehealth sessions to assess mental health and psychosocial needs for clients across New Mexico. Coordinate with a virtual care team to develop individualized care plans and connect clients with community resources.
Requirements
Requires a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and an active LCSW license in New Mexico. Candidates must have at least 2 years of field experience and strong documentation skills.
