Key Responsibilities
The Development Counselor will provide direct vocational counseling, assessment, and crisis intervention to help clients overcome barriers to employment. They will also collaborate with support teams to create and implement vocational plans while managing budgets and maintaining community partnerships.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an LCSW, independent licensure in a related discipline, or a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification. A minimum of 4 years of experience in case management with individuals who have disabilities or vocational impairments is required.
