Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner provides clinical support to the Wound Care Division, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and procedures. They share responsibility with attending physicians for rounding at clinics and long-term care facilities while ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MSN degree, be a licensed RN, and possess Nurse Practitioner certification with prescriptive authority. A minimum of 2 years of wound care experience is preferred, and Tennessee state licensure is required.
