Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors voicemails and email 2.
  • Screens in-coming phone calls and assists physicians in returning or placing calls 3.
  • Prepares and presents images or films, reports, and pertinent information for the Radiologist to return patient calls 4.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Medical Administrative assistant certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience in the healthcare/medical industry
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Data entry experience
