Key Responsibilities

The Experiential Therapist will develop and deliver a 12-week therapeutic curriculum while facilitating group and individual sessions to support client growth. They will also collaborate with the treatment team to manage crises, track client progress, and coordinate experiential outings.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a clinical or expressive arts discipline and possess relevant board registration or licensure. Experience providing therapy to adolescents and young adults in a residential setting is preferred.
