The Mental Health Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy, along with crisis management and case coordination for individuals in behavioral health crises. They are responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, maintaining clinical records, and developing individualized service plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and possess a current, unrestricted license as a mental health professional in Washington State. A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment is required, along with the ability to perform patient restraint techniques.
