Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home mental health assessments and counseling to geriatric clients to address aging-related stresses and functional limitations. Manage treatment plans, monitor service delivery, and complete all necessary documentation and billing in a timely manner.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level II background check.
