Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat home health patients to assist in their return to optimal functional condition and prevent additional disability. Provide thorough teaching to patients and caregivers while maintaining clinical records and interdisciplinary communication.
Requirements
Requires a valid Physical Therapy license from Virginia or a reciprocal compact state and AHA BLS Provider CPR certification. One year of health care experience is preferred, along with the ability to meet physical demands like lifting and walking.
