BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, PT, for a per diem opportunity performing home health visits for our office. This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout the Williamsburg, VA and surrounding areas.

The Physical Therapist will perform home health visits to conduct diagnostic tests, mobility assessments, and safety evaluations for adult and geriatric clients. They are responsible for developing individualized care plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and documenting patient progress using electronic medical records.
Candidates must hold a current Virginia Physical Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills are required to manage independent home health visits effectively.
