Key Responsibilities
You will evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You are responsible for maintaining clear documentation and involving families in the treatment process.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Kentucky Physical Therapy license and have graduated from an accredited APTA program. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are also required.
