- vision in-house You hold current CPR and First Aid certification You want to evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses You like collaborating on a multidisciplinary team You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation, and you coach parents through home carryover programs Feeding experience is a plus, whether that is oral motor treatment, sensory-based feeding, texture and food progression, tube weaning, or work with infants and medically complex children Training in a feeding approach such as SOS, Beckman, Talk Tools, food chaining, or TOTS is a plus You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus We hire intentionally, because fit matters more than filling a seat. Requirements
