Key Responsibilities
You will provide evidence-based, patient-centered physical therapy care within an interdisciplinary team for patients with diverse and medically complex needs. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care and discharge planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid State of California Physical Therapist License. Additionally, a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
