Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated Palliative Care team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
In this role, you will provide holistic and supportive care for patients with advanced illnesses —primarily in oncology, neurology (stroke, dementia, etc.), pulmonary (COPD, respiratory failure, etc.), and gastrointestinal diseases.
You’ll be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life and managing symptoms.

Provide holistic and supportive care for patients with advanced illnesses, focusing on symptom management and quality of life. Work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team to support patients and families during vulnerable moments.
Requirements
Requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and at least two years of progressive experience in a specialized area. Must hold a valid Virginia Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority and BLS/ACLS certifications.
