Job Description

Veterinarian – In-Home Hospice & Euthanasia Care

Melbourne & Titusville - Florida & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time & Part-Time

Family Owned. NO Non-Competes. You Matter. Practice Medicine the Way You Always Hoped You Would.

Your veterinary career should be built on purpose, freedom, and respect—not restrictions.

At Heartstrings Pet Hospice, we're doing veterinary medicine differently.

We're a privately and family-owned veterinary organization where veterinarians are valued as individuals, not production numbers. We believe in professional independence, meaningful medicine, and a workplace where you stay because you want to—not because a contract says you have to.

No corporate pressure. No veterinarian non-competes. No golden handcuffs.

Just compassionate veterinary medicine and a team that genuinely values you.

Why Veterinarians Choose Heartstrings

Family Owned. People First.

We're proudly independent and family owned—not private equity owned. Your voice matters, your professional judgment is respected, and you're more than just another employee.

No NON-Competes. Ever.

We believe loyalty is earned, not enforced. Your career belongs to you.

Real Work-Life Balance.

Enjoy flexible scheduling opportunities, meaningful appointments, and a fulfilling career without sacrificing your personal life.

Medicine with Meaning.

Provide compassionate in-home hospice and peaceful euthanasia care without the chaos of a traditional clinic. Spend quality time with families when they need you most.

Independence with Support.

Practice with professional autonomy while our dedicated support team helps coordinate appointments, families, and aftercare.
