Key Responsibilities

The Senior Occupational Therapist will deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services within the Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP), focusing on comprehensive assessment, goal setting, and evidence-based care plan implementation for clients with complex needs. Additionally, the role involves administrative duties such as client records management and ensuring health and safety compliance, alongside providing clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Good Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy and be registered under the Allied Health Professions Act, with a minimum of five years of clinical experience working with clients facing complex physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges. Essential requirements include expertise in advanced assessment tools, experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams, and demonstrated leadership skills in supervision and professional development.
