Do You Meet These Qualifications?
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active and unrestricted New York State medical license
- Current DEA registration
- BLS certification
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
ACLS certification and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
What Will You Do as a Otolaryngology Physician?
This position offers a flexible part-time schedule of 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and future growth into a full-time role.
In this part-time role, you'll conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and manage both acute and chronic ENT concerns, perform in-office procedures such as nasal endoscopy, ear lavage, laryngoscopy, and vertigo treatments, and partner closely with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate care. You'll also document encounters in the EMR, educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care, maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that help elevate patient outcomes.
