Key Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth platforms and conduct comprehensive clinical assessments. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans while ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Requires an active Utah LCMHC or LCSW license and a Master's degree in a mental health discipline. Candidates must have at least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
