Clinical Shift Schedule

Mon – Thu, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Three consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts. Provider may select 3 nights between Monday–Thursday) OR

• Day Shift + Overnight Call: 8-hour day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Home call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
• On-Call Shift Schedule: 6 overnight call shifts per 2-week period, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Call Type: Home Call

• Patient Demographics: Neonates (OB), Adults, Geriatrics
• Patient Volume/Census: 10-15
• Case Mix: OB, General Surgery

Job Requirements

• Licenses: Active NY license
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or RQI)
• Other Qualifications: Epic experience required; comfortable in rural/critical access setting

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia for inpatient surgical procedures.
• Administer epidural anesthesia for OB patients.
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and schedule surgeries.
• Provide overnight call coverage as needed.
• May supervise CRNAs and other staff.
