Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's pre-2002, Master's pre-2016, or Doctorate) and a current Arkansas Physical Therapy license. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience and certifications such as OCS, CSCS, DN, or Pelvic Floor certification.
