Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care | East Valley Float Position

Join NextCare as a Urgent Care NP/PA – Float, $60-$80/hr in Chandler, Arizona, United States. Location: This is a float position and will cover the Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe locations as needed Status: Full‑Time Schedule: In most cases you will work 12‑hour shifts per week; 8:00 a. m.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting

• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits

• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging

• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license for NP | PA

• Board certification or eligibility, as applicable

• PA: NCCPA certification

• NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required)

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $60-$80/hour (based on experience) + monthly productivity bonus

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
