Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will travel to patients' homes to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. They are responsible for providing skilled therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers on strategies to improve mobility and independence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current and valid California Physical Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical reasoning, assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment are required.
