Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director will provide direct therapy services while leading clinical operations and mentoring staff within a senior living community. They are responsible for coordinating care across disciplines and building strong relationships to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. Previous leadership or mentorship experience is required to effectively manage clinical teams and program initiatives.
