Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to patients within their own homes to improve strength and independence. Help patients regain the ability to participate in daily living activities and improve their overall quality of life.
Licensure & Certifications
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, a current state license, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings along with current CPR certification.
