As a Home Health Physical Therapist at AccentCare, you'll bring skilled, compassionate care directly to patients’ homes. - Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
- Preferred community/home health experience
Required Certifications and Licensures
- Master’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program
- Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

The Physical Therapist will assess patient mobility needs and create personalized treatment plans to restore strength, balance, and independence. They will provide hands-on care in patient homes following illness, injury, or surgery while educating patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program and possess a valid state license. A minimum of nine months of experience as a physical therapist and a valid CPR certification are required.
