Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pharm.D. or equivalent degree and complete a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent experience, along with active California pharmacist licensure and BLS certification. Clinical oncology experience is required, and Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) is preferred.
