Job Description

  • vision of OT assistants, goal writing, intervention planning and teaming. Attendance at meetings can be managed remotely or in person. We use an integrated service model with a workload model for assignments. Positioning equipment, adapted equipment and treatment materials are provided. Continuing education is provided 4 days year for a full-time therapist. This is a cooperative which works from a central location and provides support to multiple rural schools so use of your own car is required but mileage is reimbursed. Our team includes 4 OTRs and 8 COTAs along with 6 PT staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services in a school setting to remove learning barriers and support students' motor needs. Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, goal writing, and supervising OT assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to provide therapy services and possess a personal vehicle for travel to rural schools. Entry-level experience is acceptable.
