Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a doctorate in allopathic or osteopathic medicine with a current, unrestricted medical license and board certification in a relevant specialty. Experience in hospice and palliative medicine, along with valid NPI and DEA registrations, is required for this leadership role.
