Requirements

Candidates must possess an active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and hold a BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. A minimum of two years of hospital experience is required, though this can be waived with completion of a PGY1 & PGY2 pharmacy residency, and a PGY1 residency is preferred.
