About the Role

Join BHS as a Specialty Pharmacist – Endocrinology Clinic in [object Object]. Summary The Clinic Specialty Pharmacist acts as an extension of ambulatory clinic teams to support patient access to high touch, complex medication therapies. This position is based in a specialty medical clinic setting.

Requirements

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.

Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license is required.

1-3 years related work experience or completion of ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program preferred.

Experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy practice preferred.
