Key Responsibilities
The therapist will provide individual and family counseling to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. They are responsible for coordinating care with facility staff and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a state license as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in MD, DC, VA, or PA. The role requires availability during normal business hours and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting.
