Key Responsibilities

• develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members * Provide comprehensive primary care ser.

• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments * Diagnose and manage acute and chro.

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner * Emphasize preventive care, w.

• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team * Participate in quality improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant

• Master’s Degree

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)

• Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
