Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy modalities to improve patient physical disabilities and return them to an optimum level of function. They will also collaborate with the care team, consult with physicians, and maintain accurate clinical progress notes.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited PT program with an active Minnesota license and at least four years of experience. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, clear driving record, and current CPR certification.
