Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides around-the-clock supervision and support to clients in a residential treatment facility. Responsibilities include maintaining a therapeutic milieu, documenting client behaviors, assisting the medical team with vitals and medication, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in addiction or mental health fields. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and perform clinical documentation.
