Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Quality Analyst oversees audit programs to ensure accuracy in coding, billing, and documentation against regulatory standards. They perform quality reviews, conduct root cause analyses, and provide coaching to auditors to improve performance and consistency.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in behavioral health services and possess strong knowledge of coding, billing, and clinical documentation. Preferred credentials include CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CPC, Registered Nurse, or MSW.
