Join Altarum as a Senior Behavioral Health Training Specialist – Remote in Remote. Design and deliver training and coaching to clinical and non-clinical staff regarding disability benefits access and behavioral health programs. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to improve service delivery, build agency capacity, and support business development initiatives.
Requires 3–7 years of experience in behavioral health or social services and 10+ years of experience assisting with SSI/SSDI disability benefits. Candidates must possess strong training, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
