The Director of Nursing Services in-training will learn day-to-day clinical operations at a post-acute rehab facility to prepare for a full-time DNS role. Upon completion, they will plan, organize, and direct the nursing service department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active and unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license. At least two years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, along with supervisory experience, is required.
