Job Description
DESCRIPTION
TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a PRN nurse practitioner or
physician assistant to join our highly skilled hospital medicine team at HCA
Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, Georgia! In this role, you will work
as‑needed, 8-hour shifts with our inpatient hospital medicine team. This role
offers a highly flexible schedule and also serves as a great opportunity for a
clinician interested in transitioning to a full‑time role in the future, should
an opening become available.

* 231-bed comprehensive acute‑care facility
* Key services include a busy ED, our heart, orthopedic, surgery,
rehabilitation, sleep, and birthing centers with specialists trained
specifically for these needs; and an extensive mental health program
* EMR: Meditech
Position Overview
* PRN (as‑needed) schedule with maximum flexibility
* Flexible scheduling: typically 8-hour shift coverage
* Minimum PRN commitment: availability to work at least 3 shifts within a
six‑month period
* Competitive PRN compensation
* Inpatient clinician experience is strongly preferred
* No solo clinician coverage required
* Coverage may include ICU
* Average admissions: 8 per day
* Average census: 13
* No codes or rapids
* Acute care certification is preferred
